Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I park?

Our parking lot and the grassy area in front of our building fill up quickly. If those areas are full when you arrive, you are welcome to park up and down the street just like you would for a block party. Make sure you stay clear of any coned off areas (we can only park on one side of the street, opposite side of the road as the gym), and don’t block any neighboring business’ mailbox or driveway entrance. WHERE TO AVOID? Don’t park in any neighboring business’ parking spaces or grass areas, or any other area marked with a no parking sign. The earlier you arrive, the better chance you have to park close! But if you do have to walk a little, think of it as a warm up!!

Do I need to pre-register for classes?

We ask that you do, but if you have any trouble registering we don’t want that to stop you from coming in! You can book classes, cancel classes, and purchase passes from the app. If you turn on location services it will also check you in for the class once you arrive. If you aren’t able to pre-register, simply use the ipads here to check in when you arrive for your booked session.

If you have trouble using the app or prefer not to have to remember a login – try TEXTING!! (727) 291-4916 Send a message like “Book tomorrow 6am” or “What classes are there for today?” and the automated system can help!

What is the deal with supplement?
