What are Written Strength Programs?

At BCMF Calstrong, we believe that everyone’s fitness journey is unique. Our written strength programs are designed to provide you with the personalized workouts that you need to move toward your ultimate goals. 

While the moves and overall goals of the plans for our written strength programs stay in place, your program is adjusted based on your personal ability, strength and your goals. This means that with each written strength program, you’ll get workouts that are tailored to where you’re at–and you’ll regularly be challenged to push yourself to the next level.

6-Week Programs

To design your 6-week strength training program, it’s key that we get to know you. 

We’ll ask you several questions, such as: 

  • What excites you about strength training? 
  • What changes do you want to see in the next six weeks?
  • At the end of your six weeks, how will you know if you were successful?

Over the course of the next few weeks, we will gradually step things up, building upon past successes to ensure future victories. There is never an “end” at BCMF, there is simply a “what’s next”. We continuously keep you growing and on track.
